As part of its ongoing efforts to achieve sustainable developmental impact, Al-Awn Foundation for Development organized three high-quality evaluation workshops during July 2025. These workshops aimed to review the outcomes and impact of several of its projects in the fields of education, vocational training, and healthcare.
Developing the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Program: A Step Towards the Job Market
The first workshop was held at the Industrial Technical Institute in Mukalla and was dedicated to evaluating the project for developing the refrigeration and air conditioning specialization. Participants discussed the actual impact of the project in preparing skilled technicians capable of meeting the demands of the local labor market. The workshop emphasized the importance of this project in supporting the vocational training sector and aligning its outcomes with developmental needs.
