Al-Awn Foundation for Development Organizes Three Evaluation Workshops to Enhance the Quality of Its Projects in Education, Training, and Healthcare

As part of its ongoing efforts to achieve sustainable developmental impact, Al-Awn Foundation for Development organized three high-quality evaluation workshops during July 2025. These workshops aimed to review the outcomes and impact of several of its projects in the fields of education, vocational training, and healthcare.

Developing the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Program: A Step Towards the Job Market

The first workshop was held at the Industrial Technical Institute in Mukalla and was dedicated to evaluating the project for developing the refrigeration and air conditioning specialization. Participants discussed the actual impact of the project in preparing skilled technicians capable of meeting the demands of the local labor market. The workshop emphasized the importance of this project in supporting the vocational training sector and aligning its outcomes with developmental needs.

Towards an Integrated Development Model in Education and Health

The evaluation workshops also included two other projects in the health and education sectors. The workshop dedicated to the Comprehensive Primary Healthcare Center Project reviewed the project’s impact in improving the efficiency of healthcare services and enhancing the quality of care provided to the community. It concluded with practical recommendations for developing a sustainable and comprehensive healthcare model that meets the population’s needs and keeps pace with future challenges.

In the same context, the evaluation workshop for the Salem Bin Mahfouz Schools Project discussed the educational and environmental impact of the project, focusing on improving the quality of education and enhancing academic performance and logistical services in a way that contributes to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for both students and teachers.
