Amideast, in partnership with Al-Awn Foundation for Development, has launched a Training of Trainers (ToT) Program in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) for 20 teachers from the Ministry of Education in Aden.

The program aims to strengthen teachers’ capacity to deliver engaging, hands-on STEM education by equipping them with practical skills in designing interactive lessons and learning activities that foster creativity, innovation, and critical thinking among students.

Through this specialized training, participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to transfer STEM teaching methodologies to their schools and educational communities, contributing to improved learning outcomes and enhanced classroom practices.

The initiative reflects Al-Awn Foundation’s commitment to advancing educational quality and investing in teacher development as a key driver for sustainable educational improvement and future-ready learning.
