Al-Awn Foundation for Development and Qiyadat Al-Ufoq Foundation for Youth Capacity Development have signed a funding agreement for the implementation of the new "Nahl 2025" project. The initiative aims to provide specialized scholarships and develop youth skills in various fields.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Abdellah Abdulqader Bin Othman, Executive Director of Al-Awn Foundation for Development, as the funding party, and Mr. Muneer Salem Ka'weilah, Executive Director of Qiyadat Al-Ufoq Foundation, as the implementing party.

According to the project summary, the initiative will offer specialized scholarships that address local needs and contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the foundation. The scholarships will be accompanied by various activities focused on skill development and leadership enhancement to promote community service.

The project also includes accompanying training opportunities for capacity building, aiming to prepare qualified individuals with the necessary academic, technical, and behavioral competencies to lead positive change.

The project will prioritize high-quality local scholarships targeting candidates from underserved areas, offering them diplomas in their respective fields of specialization.

It is worth mentioning that the "Nahl" project has achieved significant success in previous years. In 2024, a total of 213 students benefitted from the program, with females constituting 52% of the beneficiaries.
