Under the supervision of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, and with funding from Al-Awn Foundation for Development and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charitable Society, Al-Manzouma Foundation for Development concluded the training course titled "Operational Planning Skills for Initiatives." The course was held in Mukalla from March 11 to 16, 2025, with the participation of 28 administrative leaders and department heads from the technical education and vocational training sector.
The course aimed to equip participants with the skills to develop operational plans for professional initiatives that contribute to the advancement of technical education. Its topics included:
The course was delivered by Mr. Anis Bajbeer, who focused on practical applications in designing initiatives based on well-studied scientific foundations.
Dr. Salem Salah Bajaber, Director-General of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training Office in Hadhramaut Coast, emphasized that this course represents an important step toward developing initiatives that enhance technical education. He highlighted the importance of strengthening the capabilities of administrative staff and department heads in this field.
Similarly, Mr. Mohammed Salem Al-Sabban, Programs and projects Director at Al-Awn Foundation for Development, explained that this course is part of ongoing efforts to create effective initiatives that improve the technical and vocational education environment.
The course resulted in the development of 16 high-quality initiatives addressing the needs of technical education, along with clear operational plans for their implementation.
This course was part of the project to rehabilitate the teaching staff for the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning specialization at the Industrial Technical Institute. The project includes a series of diverse training courses—general, specialized, and administrative—aimed at enhancing staff efficiency and improving the quality of technical education.
